Tera Adams joins ASMS with a background in adaptive and therapeutic recreation since 2005. She earned her BS and MS degrees from the University of Utah in Parks, Recreation and Tourism, the latter degree with an emphasis in Recreation Therapy. She worked for the National Ability Center in Park City, Steamboat Adaptive Recreational Sports, All Seasons Adventures in Park City and Vail Family Resorts, Park City-Canyons. Tera is PSIA certified in Alpine Level I, Adaptive Level II, and Child Specialist Level II and is AASI certified Snowboard Level II and Adaptive Snowboard Level II. She is also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist.
Yuri Czmola joins ASMS having pursued teaching and coaching in the snowsports industry since 2007. He earned a B.S. in Business Management from St Peter’s University and has worked as a staff trainer at Hunter Mountain, as the Snowboard School Manager at Bromley Mountain, and at Mount Snow as an Adult Lessons Supervisor, Staff Trainer, and Training Center Competition Coach. He has recently split his time between his responsibilities at Mount Snow and working with students at the Bart J. Ruggiere, Adaptive Sports Center at Bromley. Yuri is certified AASI Level III, Child Specialist Level II and Freestyle Level I. He is also United States of America Snowboard and Freeski Association (USASA) Level 100, a certification for coaches.
